Scientology has a reckoning coming...

Clear talk from Lawrence Wright, author of Going Clear: Scientology, Hollywood, and the Prison of Belief in Talking Scientology: A Q&A with Going Clear Author Lawrence Wright:
David Miscavige is different from L. Ron Hubbard mainly in the fact that he grew up in Scientology. He’s a product of it in a way that Hubbard was not. He joined the Sea Org when he was sixteen, so, virtually, his entire life has been lived inside the strictures of this organization. The product of that is a glaring indictment of the church itself, because if that is what it produces – this totalistic universe, which is what the Sea Org has become, led by a person who dominates it entirely – then I think Scientology has a reckoning ahead of it.

Narconon Counselors Lose Certification

"Gary Smith, the chief executive officer of Narconon Arrowhead in Oklahoma, and several of the drug and alcohol rehabilitation center’s employees have had their drug counseling certifications revoked.
Karla Taylor, President of the National Association of Forensic Counselors, can not say why the licenses have been revoked."

Narconon is a front for the Church of Scientology. The group uses L. Ron Hubbard's techniques to "cleanse" addicts from drugs. This cleanse involves a lot of exercise and sauna time "sweating out the toxins" from the drugs. They offer a vitamin treatment as well.

These cleanses are hardly safe. Three patients have died at the Arrowhead facility alone since October 2011.
